- Addressing supplier resource constraints around Scope 3 reporting and exploring methods to improve data accuracy in carbon emissions and inventory calculations
- Identifying effective strategies for collaborating with suppliers to bridge knowledge gaps in emission reporting, including educating suppliers and moving beyond costbased spending
- Developing internal and external approaches to allocate resources and create business cases for improving supplier carbon emission submissions, particularly when suppliers lack advanced sustainability programs
- Leveraging Product Carbon Footprint development to enhance supplier collaboration, deliver actionable insights to support our customers’ procurement activities, and justify enhanced supplier transparency
